Parking Permit Scheme
A parking permit scheme operates on the site to ensure that the allocated parking at Wessex Court is not used by unauthorised vehicles. Residents are able to report any parking related issues to the scheme manager, Countrywide Parking Management on 01202 287191.
Door Entry System
The door entry at Wessex Court has been updated with a new integrated fob and code reader and residents may access the building by offering their fob to the reader as before.
D & O Insurance
The insurance documents for 2020 – 2021 are now available to view on the Insurance page.
Lighting upgrade
The communal lighting system is being upgraded as lights fail. These are being replaced by motion activated LED sensor lights that are combined with an emergency light function. The new lights are brighter,more energy efficient and require less maintenance than the previous light fittings.
Door Access Control System
A new door access control system has been installed in the building and proximity fobs issued to leaseholders and residents. Access via PIN code will be deactivated shortly. All residents and leaseholders should ensure that they have a valid proximity fob in order to access the building.
New Fire Door
A new fire door has been installed at the end of the first floor corridor to protect the central fire exit route through the building. Various other fire blocking works have been undertaken throughout the building including sealing holes and fitting intumescent strips to doors.
Residents Free WiFi
Free WiFi is available in the building. Leaseholders should contact the managing agents to obtain login details and password.
